Following the death of my father during the 2020 Covid lockdown, I made the difficult decision to sell the house my father had lived in for over 16 years. And letting me know that the gate was open when she arrived, and was it supposed to be? These are just some examples of the respect and consideration she demonstrated towards both myself and the property. For these reasons I decided Lisa was the woman for the job and I found her advice and marketing strategies to be ethical, smart, efficient, budget-conscious and professional – Lisa knows her stuff and is a whiz at getting the job done! After only 2 weeks of being on the market I accepted an offer I could not refuse and was extremely pleased with the sale price – it actually exceeded my expectations.
I will be forever grateful to Lisa for helping me through the sale of my Dad’s property as it was extremely emotional for me.
